So many times we see beautiful businesses with bad marketing and design because the they take the easy way out: “I can just do that myself” But do you ever realize how many different sets of eyes come in/ see your business daily? The decor or your space means a lot to the customer. Just because you excel at that you do doesn’t mean you have done enough, it’s time to bring in the experts to show the world why and how you’re the best business.
I’m not saying you need calligraphy, but I’m saying a design as a whole. It’s all about good impressions. and that could be anywhere from menu designs, brochure designs, a-frame boards, banners, instagram content, the list goes on.
Also, your social feed should be nothing short of consistent. Maintain the same filters and keep your image quality high. Showcase what you’re really all about and engage your viewers as much as you can so that they want to visit your storefront or website.
One business that excels in all of these categories is Sweet Rustic Bake Shop in Ft. Lauderdale. I’ve had my boyfriend bring me treats every once and a while from there, each one better than the next, so I had to check this place out for myself.
The staff is exceptional to say the very least. Welcoming and friendly, you can tell they love their work and the bakery they represent. When I made their menu I was able to witness head on just how much their customers engage with them and genuinely get excited about visiting the store.
The aesthetics here, don’t even get me started. Every aspect of this little bakery is simple and sweet. The black and white patterns on the floors, the pink walls and light wood all come together to make the picture perfect bake shop. Alyssa, employee of Sweet Rustic, manages the instagram really works hard and pays attention to detail so the bakery can accurately be displayed on social media.
