Handmade Highlights creates products that are unique and made custom to the customer, unless they are delivered to you damaged or faulty, Handmade Highlights does not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom or semi-custom orders of any product 

If you choose to cancel your existing order of a custom product that required a proof, such as stamps, suites, cards, etc., you will be charged a processing fee for the proof provided. Proof charges will vary for each purchase or specific product. Upon your own convenience, please inquire about the charge for your custom order, being that all are different. 


Any non-custom/semi-custom product is eligible to be returned/refunded within 14 days of purchase with legitimate problem/concern (For example, product quality or damaged through delivery).  

We do not cover the cost of shipment back to Handmade Highlights. The product total alone is refunded upon receipt of returned product to the buyer.  

Your eyes aren’t tricking you, but the computer might be! Remember that colors can vary on different computer/phone screens. Handmade Highlights cannot guarantee exact color unless a swatch is requested for you to see printed on the receiving end. 

Refunds apply only to NON-custom orders when the product is received by Handmade Highlights. The product must be unused in and in its original packaging.
