What I'm Feelin'

Babe Sketch, But Make It Business

By January 20, 2020 January 22nd, 2020 No Comments

Hey look, it’s meee!!

Babes! This is IMPORTANT. You made it this far and you don’t plan on slowing down now. Your business is your baby, after all. I have worked with a lot of women in this industry, as well as women just taking over the world pretty much and it makes me extra happy getting the chance to work with them.

What makes a Logo Babe Sketch so special is seeing your brand and you together as one. It’s your own custom creation of what’s important to you, in the most fun and unique way possible. When you receive a Logo Babe Sketch, your are able to use it for whatever you need: magnets, business cards, stationery, mugs, online based marketing, canvas prints, banners, wall decals, and the list goes on and on. These men and women have created their business from the ground up, worked unbelievably hard to achieve their goals, they care for their team, care for their clients, gave up their time, put in the hours, put in the blood sweat and tears to make a name for themselves while also giving appreciation to those who have been behind them cheering them on the entire way. Owning a business isn’t easy and it’s important to celebrate the milestones we’ve made and will continue to make. A Logo Babe Sketch is a way of saying “Look what I’ve made for myself”and being proud of it.

Some Babe Sketches I’ve made were for businesses I actually truly love and adore- and have worked with, purchased from, attended classes at, booked appointments with, etc. These businesses are Highlighted here, because they absolutely deserve the recognition.

If you know anything about me you know why I love this place. Amazing atmosphere, undeniable results, kick-a$$ instructors. These boss babes Jess and Taylor have changed the spin game. I started my friendship and business relationship with these two in 2018, starting off as a client and becoming an ambassador. Although I can’t spin with them on a regular basis anymore (because I no longer live in Pgh) I still make it a point to try and visit anytime I get a chance when I’m there. If you are one of those people who aren’t sure spin is for you, you can’t say that without trying these classes. They are so unbelievably unique and the most important quality for me is that it’s fun. You’ll forget your working out, and the only time you’ll remember it was a workout is when you look in the mirror after class and see you have abs now. No, I’m really not kidding.

Dallas Beauty Lounge
This is not your average salon. When you get a service at DBL you are also getting the full experience of a perfect, 10/10 YOU day. I used to get my nails done here when I lived in Pittsburgh and they set the bar so high its honestly hard to go anywhere else. If you look at the website, you’ll understand why everyone loves it there- the atmosphere and esthetics are unmatched. Another reason DBL shines is because you can tell Dallas, the owner, loves her staff and it is very clear they love her back. No matter who you book with you will leave with a smile on your face, and they do just about everything, seriously it’s a one stop shop for beauty and wow do I wish there was a DBL in my town in Florida. ALSO Dallas also custom ordered Babe Sketches for her employees as part of their holiday gifts. Best boss award goes to this chick, and also seriously best idea ever to really show appreciation to your team.

Posh Local
Renee, the owner of Posh Local and I met at a coffee shop in South Side when she was hosting a pop up. This isn’t just a normal boutique- Renee does same day deliveries when you order. How cool is that?! You can see something she posts on her story, purchase it, and wear it out that night. WHY DON’T ALL BOUTIQUES DO THIS? Probably because they don’t have the same passion and drive as Renee, I’m sure. Not only that but she continues to grow. With what used to only be an online store she now has a showroom conveniently located on Brookline Blvd, open Wed-Sat. I actually have to avoid her stories sometimes because I want to buy everything I see. She stays on trend and some of my most favorite pieces of my wardrobe have come from Posh.

So it’s no secret I moved. And if you read the section at 6ycle you can understand why I started off in a funk when I finally settled in Florida. I needed a spin studio that had me feeling the way 6ycle did- and I finally found it: Cycleward Studio. This place is nothing short of awesome. They play music videos while you ride so basically while you watch JLO singing Dinero you remember why you’re here. Don’t we all want to look like JLO? Lisa is the owner and she’s a gem. How she runs this studio is the #1 reason I can’t stay away. It’s a family atmosphere and the instructors are beyond helpful. These classes are just like 6ycle- fun, challenging, great music, clean, and most importantly you get RESULTS. Lisa also has a killer boutique in the front of the studio so when you need some retail therapy after a workout she has you covered. This place really started to make Florida feel like home to me.
